CMC channel balance

Question

I need to order 4 replacement parts for windows. Someone replaced one of them before. I think it will be your 385 series 22" long. The origional is stamped; 21-3 ED5 CMC 68 and the replacement is stamped; 21-3 EE5 CMC 75.

Thanks for posting, Gary. The stamp 21-3 usually corresponds to our 2130 option. However, it's always good to double check, just in case. The 2130 option can support a window sash weight range of 12 through 15 pounds. Does your sash's weight fall within that range?
