I'm afraid this isn't enough information for me to make a recommendation. I'm not even sure which of our products you were looking at. Please understand that those stamps aren't identification codes, they only tell you what the weight calibration of the spring is.

I think we should just start from scratch. Please show me a picture of the pivot shoe that your coil spring connects to. Please also tell me the thickness of your spring. With those two points of information, I am very confident I can tell you exactly what you need.

Your pivot shoe looks like a match for our 15-191, which is designed to be used with the Series 160 coil spring. The Series 160 does happen to have a 10 pound strength option like your original, but you should make sure the thickness is the same at 3/8" just to be safe.
