Hello,
The coils in my window have broken and I do not know what I need to fix them. The windows are old and don't have any information about the coil type, lbs., manufacturer or anything. Can you please advise on what I need to this?
Information on how to install would be helpful too.

Take a look at the video below for assistance with installation.
Can you please send me a picture of the pivot shoe that these coils attach to?
There should also be number stamped directly on the coils that will indicate how much weight they can support.
If you cannot locate the stamp numbers, you will need to physically remove and weigh the bottom sash and tell us the weight plus how many coils are on each side of the window, which judging by your pictures looks to be 2 coils per side.
