Hello,
It looks like you have a type of 4-bar hinge but we do not carry them with the base lengths that you mentioned. With that being said, we do offer 10", 12" and 16" options. Note that the hinges on both sides should be the same size. Look through our selection to see if any of our hinges could work for your application. Thank you!
