COX Bifold door replacement parts

Home Owner from Vancouver
Hi, I need to replace the parts shown in Pic 1. I believe that consists of a Pivot Block (#23-181), a Corner Block (#23-407) & a Screw Driver Bottom Pivot (#21-092). Please confirm that your Corner Block is reversible and can be used for the Right corner and the Screw Driver Bottom Pivot is meant to be inserted into the Corner Block?

I need to also replace the Bottom Roller shown in Pic 2. Please advise which product code this would be? Can I use your Top Roller Guide (#23-120) and invert it to use at the bottom?

Hello! Concerning Pic 1, I agree with the hardware you pointed out. You have a good eye. These parts should work well as replacements, and they can go on either side.

I'm afraid that I cannot confirm what you have in Pic 2. I'd have to see the roller in question out of the door in order to confirm. Too much is obscured to say for sure.

Hi, Thank you for your response!

I'll order the parts as per Pic 1.

Pic 2 actually shows a good condition Bottom Roller. I've attached Pic 3 which shows the missing bottom roller. Please advise is your Top Roller Guide (#23-120) interchangeable to use for the bottom or advise the correct product code to order. Thanks.

You don't really want to use a top roller on the bottom. They're not designed to work that way. That's not to say that it's impossible, or that it isn't what you have now, but I can't tell from these photos for sure. That's why I wanted to see that part removed from the door to be 100% sure.

Hi Tom,

Pic 3 is the damaged part I need to replace. To make it simple, please advise the corner part numbers in Pic 2. I believe if I get the corner parts shown in Pic 2, that'll work for the replacement. Thanks.

I agree with your earlier assessment that the 23-407 is the best match for that corner. It may not be exactly the same, but I don't think any minor differences will get in the way of it working.
