I NEED 8 PULLEYS TO REPAIR 4 WINDOW BALLASTS. THE WINDOW BALLAST IS FROM A HOUSE BUILT IN 2003. THE BALLAST IS 28" LONG AND THE MARKINGS ARE (01/3)UNIQUE 27-B-20. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

Hello, Jeff. Those pulleys cannot be purchased separately. I don't know of any company who sells them. If your balance is broken then you need a new one. I'm just not sure what you have, unfortunately. In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings.
