I have an existing single hung non tilt window with a channel balance with one marking of 22 9 BSI RC.
The window manufacturer is CSW Model - 3500 SH.
The length is 23" NOT including the plastic pieces.
What option do you recommend?

Before we can begin any recommendations, we would need to see some photos of the entire balance.
