Cabinet Hinge

A quick learner from united states says:
Originally bought the 32-349 then the 32-353 thinking it may be a better fit.

The 32-353 has only one hole for mounting. Is that both the cabinet and the door mount.

Also can you explain what overlap etc is?

The current hinge my son thinks will work. Except for the holes don't line up with the door so we would have to drill new holes. Such a pain. I might just put up a curtain! Thank you

The overlay is the distance that the door covers the cabinet when opening. For instance, for the 32-353, this distance is 1/2" as seen in the pictures on its product page. Unfortunately yes, in many instances one needs to drill new holes to install these cabinet hinges, as exact replacements can be hard to come by. Do you still have the original hinges? Seeing pictures of them would be the best thing to go off of.

Thank you. Here is the photo of the old hinge. I was able to get the top hinge on both the door frame and the door itself. How do I connect them? Thank you. I wish you lived next door to help me! LOL

It looks to me like you have two cabinet doors connected together. Therefore, I think you might need to get a Bifold type hinge set like the 32-346. Take a look and see what you think.
