Thanks for posting. We don't have an exact match for these hinges, but see our 32-340 and 32-349. See if you could use one of these as a substitute. Let me know your thoughts.

Thank you so much for your promtness! I am slow to respond because we were celebrating my mother's 95th birthday. It is her home that I am working on. Both parts that you recommended look like distinct possibilities to solve the problem.
