Cabinet Hinges Needed

Question

My home is 32 years old and I am trying to replace some hinges on some of my original oak cabinets. I cannot find any identifiers on the cabinets or the hinges. The hinges are slightly odd shaped due to the cabinet door panels having a 45 degree "angled edge" (see pictures). I hope that this description helps.
