Cabinet Rear Drawer Slide Bracket

Question

I would like to identify the bracket pictured on the attached photo or an Swisco equal.
Please notice that there is a piece that fits within the bracket itself. Also, a small tab attached to the top right hand side of the bracket broke away.

Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for the drawer bracket shown in your photos. Our closest match would be the 32-012. The determining factor would be how the height and width of the opening that accepts the track compare to yours. Thank you.
