Cabinet door hinge

Question

A hinge on my cabjnet door broke. Photos attached. It is self closing, but not damped.
The name 'blum' is molded in.
I may have bought this same hinge a few years back. That was at a house I've since sold, so can't compare. This one looks a lot like the hinges at my previous house
