Cabinet drawer Grass 6600 bracket is damaged

Question

I have a kitchen cabinet drawer where the slider and bracket is damaged.
The part is Grass 6600, displayed on the side of the slider . My cabinets are about 20 years old.

Can you help me with the sliders socket?
It measures 2.25x2.25x1.25
