Pics are of drawer rail rear mount. Drawers installed 1995. It can be used both left and right with one screw attached plastic fits over wood rail. Too replace all I would need 28 pieces. Greg

Unfortunately we do not carry an exact match for your original bracket, but we have recommended the 32-119 in the past as a potential replacement option. Please review the opening of the bracket to see if it could fit your track.
This socket would install to the back of the cabinet with screws. Take a look and let us know what you think!
