Cabinet drawer track backplate parts

Question

I am not able to find the brand of my kitchen cabinets installed in 1999. They are hickory and high quality but some drawer parts shown above have broken. Are you able to identify these parts and how I could replace them?

Unforutnately, I do not recognize the drawer socket shown in your photos. We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need you to write out the exact height and width of the opening that accepts the track to compare to our selection. Thank you.
