Cabinet drawer track glide back plate broken, replacement needed

We have Schrock cabinets that are approximately 18 years old and the attached part has broken in our pots and pans drawer. Need replacement any color.

I do not recognize this bracket at first sight. To further review, do you have any installed that we can see how the track engages with it? From there we can get a clearer idea of the overall style. Thank you!
