The marking on the hinge is 698.248.59.00 and it is a Mepla hinge. We ordered the replacement 32-349, but it is a different format. I can send an email with the 2 lined up on the cabinet. Thanks in advance for your help

Hey, Carl. We don't have an exact match for your hinge, but it's looks like it might be closer to our 32-340. Look over our photos and dimensions for this part and tell me if you agree.
