Cabinet hinge

Question

Cannot find these hinges! Cabinet co who installed when house built no longer carries replacement parts! Any help would greatly be appreciated!!!!

Look at the 32-345 hinge. This is a type of wraparound hinge, which gets mounted to the side edge of the cabinet. See if you could use this on your cabinet.
