Cabinet hinge - home built around 1970. Patent # on one photo and the # 78 on 8 of the 34 hinges we took off in the thumb print between the holes for the screws. The carpenter that is working for us thought they were called a semi-concealed hinge, but I'm not sure. We are not able to find any to replace these any where so we've come to a halt in our remodeling. Sure hope you can help, we were looking for brushed nickel.

Hi there, Denise. I am afraid we do not offer this exact hinge. I am not sure what the measurements or dimensions are, but we'd like for you to take a look at our 32-127 cabinet hinge. We also have two hinges may worth considering: both our 32-101 and 32-126. Look each set over to see if you believe any of these will work for you.
