Take a look at our 32-349 to start. Look it over and let me know if you think you could use this as a substitute. Let me know what you find.

The 4 photos at the top are what I'm looking for. The part where it screws to the cabinet box front is notched to fit the adjustment bracket but it screws to the front and the base sits in the notch

I am afraid we don't carry this exact hinge, and it may no longer be made. Something like our 32-349 is our best available substitute. Take a look and see what you think.
