Thanks for posting! We do not carry an exact match for the cabinet hinge you are searching for but our 32-126 may be worth considering as a replacement. I cannot guarantee that it will work but take a look over the dimensions to determine if this might be a fit. Keep in mind, you may need to drill new holes to install the hardware.
