Looking for a replacement. Came loose and bent form the weight of the door.

Thanks for writing in. I am afraid we don't have an exact match for this hinge, and it likely is no longer made. See our 32-127. This has a similar design, but please review to ensure it matches what you have. Also consider the 32-147.
