Cabinet hinge

Question

I'm looking to replace a broken cabinet hinge. It's probably from the 1980s. The part number on the part that attaches to the cabinet is 346.290.51.00 the number on the door part is hard to read but looks like 657.3711.55.00, possibly the first number is 652. Looks like a replacement might be MEPLA 227130673438. The screw holes on the cabinet side are 48mm apart. Do you have this, or know of another replacement?
