Cabinet hinge part needed

Hello. I'm looking to identify the existing cabinet hinges on my classroom cabinets. We are looking to update these with a flat black color, but want to match the existing part. One the current hinge the text pat. 3,391,420 and PAT 1967 CAN can be found.

Thanks for posting. We don't have an exact replacement for this hinge, but see our 32-147. Compare with your old part and let me know if you think this could work for you.
