Cabinet hinge replacement - Semi concealed overlay with extra long door leaf

Question

I want to replace the cabinet hinges for my 1983 condo. I can't find any replacements locally. It's a basic hinge, but the door leaf is longer than normal. I attached a pdf with some pictures.
