Cabinet hinges

Hello,

I have used your website before for replacement parts and have
always had great success. I need to replace a hinge on a corner
kitchen cabinet door and cannot seem to find it. I am attaching
a photo of the cabinet along with several images of the hinge--
if you could help with the specifics that would be great.
