Hello- I have cabinet hinges that i am trying to replace. Painting the cabinets--but would like to replace hinges PAT 3391420 US PAT 1967 CAN
is this hinge made? in other colors?

I'm sorry to say that we don't sell this exact hinge. The only product we have that may work is the 32-126, but ours is totally flat rather than having that same offset yours has. With that difference in mind, I am not optimistic at all that our part will work for you. I apologize for the inconvenience.
