Cabinet hinges

Question

So the hole to hole opening on the outer hinge is exactly 2 and 1/8 in like the standard hinge however on the inner plate the hole orientation is reverse of all of the standard hinges it's one hole on inside and then two outside, the only ones I can find are two holes and then one

I don't think your old hinge is made anymore. The only option I know of that can work is our 32-101, but you will definitely have to drill new holes. I don't think you'll be able to replace this hinge without doing so.
