We have these hinges in our kitchen cabinets. The door part has the numbers 652 221 65 02, the cabinet part has the numbers 591 390 63 00. Both parts say made in Germany. We have had several of these hinges break and can't find the replacement.

Thanks for reaching out! The closest replacement match we have to your hinge is our 32-349. I cannot guarantee that it will work a s replacement given that our hinge does not have the bracket that your has, but it might be worth considering as a replacement.
Look over the dimensions and design of this hinge to determine if this might work a replacement for you.
