Caldwell 16f85 Carrier Assembly

Its a Caldwell 16f85 Carrier Assembly according to the website I found after getting the part number off the pivot shoe. I also need to replace the channel balance. Not sure on part number but one has 29C BSI PL on it and the other has 35B BSI PP on it. The strings broke on both channel balance for vinyl windows that were installed in 2005 when the condo was built.
