Caldwell 19-4 window balance

Question

The window balance on one side of the window fell out and the one on the other side is soon to follow. The stamp says 19-4 and Amazon has several window balances but none of them say stamp 19-4. I would like to buy balances for each side of the window.

Thanks for writing in! While the balance stamp helps to determine the weight range a balance may be able to support, we cannot use it to identify the balance replacement. I'll need to see clear photos of both the top and bottom attachments on the balance as well as a photo of the spring side of the balance.
