Caldwell 23 4 AR replacement

Company that did our windows says the part has been discontinued and FA 2340 is the new replacement. It's 24 inches long. Shoe is 1 1/16 ". Sash weighs 20 pounds

Thanks for writing in. Take a look at our S380-24 or S385-24. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best; if your shoe's 'depth' is any greater than 1", then the S385-24 is the right choice. You will need a stamp option of 2340. Let us know if you have any questions.
