I need to replace both channel balances, OEM part number Caldwell 26 4 FP

Thank you for submitting your photos. It looks like you have either our S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance.The difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 balance lies in the shoe. The Series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is slightly larger from front to back, as illustrated.
