I have a Caldwell 26 4 HL channel balance. How critical is the difference between the 15-004 shoe and 15-005 shoe? Can I order the 380 with a 15-004 shoe?
thanks
John

So you have the 19-005 top but you are not sure of the shoe?
Can you send us an image of both of your balance attachments? I would like to confirm that you are choosing the correct replacement balance series.

Thanks for submitting your photos.
I can't tell for certain whether or not your attachments have "wings", but visually they appear to be the 15-004 and 19-005. Take a look at the detailed photos online to confirm.
Moving forward, you will also need to confirm the length of your channel balance. Please be sure to measure and get back to us so we can give you the ordering link for this custom balance.

Thanks for the reply. Both parts have wings. The channel is marked 26-4 and is 27" long.

Alright, order S385-27 with the 2640 option.
