Caldwell 26 4 KQ Balance Spring for vertical window

Hi,
Although the "26" suggests 26 inches, I measured the length of the steel profile to be 68.5cm = 27 inches.
I hope the photos help to clarify.
Please let me know if you have replacements and what it would cost. (Single side or pair)

Hi Josef. You're absolutely right with your metal length measurement. For a balance starting with the "26" stamping should indicate that the metal length measures 27". That said, we'd like for you to take a look at our S380-27 and S385-27 as possible replacements. The difference between these two parts lie within the bottom balance shoe. The depth of the bottom shoe of the Series 380 measures 1" and for the Series 385, it measures 1-3/32". You will need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe like the diagram below to determine which balance would make the best match. Whichever one chosen will use a 2640 option.
