Hi there,
I have the balancers of the window removed and it shows "27-4-EP Caldwell" (see attached picture). It has a 1/2 in wide channel and it is about 28 in long. Could you please help me to identity the corresponding part on Swisco.com that I can purchase? Thanks in advance!

Hi there- thanks for posting!
Based on your photos, it looks like you have our Series 350 channel balance, but please carefully compare all information and measurements to be sure before ordering. This balance has our 19-002 top attachment with our 15-004 shoe. You'll want to carefully compare the measurements of the top and bottom attachments. If this is the Series 350 the bottom shoe should measure 1-3/32" deep.
If your balance differs in any way please let us know.
To select the correct length you will choose 28" with a stamp "option" of 2740 at checkout.
