Caldwell 28 inch Balancer with identification of 27 4 IR CALDWELL

Hi, i am looking to purchase caldwell replacement part to a pair of 28 inch window balancer with identification imprinted as 27 4 IR Caldwell.  I am attaching pictures and hope you can help me identify the replacement parts. Let me know how i can purchase these from you.   Thanks!

Hello! My recommendation to you would be our S350-28 channel balance. This has a 19-002 top and 15-004 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match up then you should be good to go.
