Caldwell 29 3 ER

Question

I need to replace Caldwell 29 3 ER channel balances. Your 380 series appears to be the closest match but your 15-005 shoe measures 1" deep and the shoe on my balance is only 29/32" deep. Is that difference likely to prevent me from getting the sash reinstalled?

I think you should be okay. 1" is the shallowest shoe available these days. It's possible yours was once 1", but wore down a little over time. If you do need it at that exact size, you can always shave a little off.
