Hi, I have a window balance with the name Caldwell 38 4 Go. And left and right plastic parts that screw to the upper portion of the sash that press against the top of the balance when the window is closing. Would you be able to help me locate replacements for these parts please.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm certain we can provide a replacement for this balance. Although, to narrow down the correct match, I'll need to see a photo of the spring and the cord (string) inside the balance. I'm particularly looking to see a photo of the piece connecting them.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your balances can be replaced with either the S380-39 or S385-39. To determine the correct series, you'll need to measure the depth of the shoe.

Our 3840 stamp will support a sash weighing 24 to 30lbs.

The top sash guides can be replaced with the 18-124P Top Sash Guide Pair. These are only available in white.
