Would like to place an order of balances.
Window Weight: 14.67 LB, height 22.5" x 33.5 width
Balance: 21" length, Description: 19_4_KK_CALDWELL. Need 6 balances.

Window Weight: 18.68 LB, height 28.5" x 33.5 width
Balance: 27" length, description: 25_3_DL_CALDWELL. Need 22 balances.

Window weight: 14.69 LB, height 28.5" x 27" width
Balance: 27" length, description: 25_3_DL_CALDWELL. Need 6 balances.

Window weight: 13.40 LB, height 19.5" x 26.75 width
Balance: 17.75" length, description: 16_3_EK_CALDWELL. Need 2 balances.

I also have two additional windows that are missing balances not sure if the window information can help identify what balances I need to order.

Window weight: 11.81 LB, height 22.5" x 21" width
Need 2 balances

Window weight: 17.64 LB, height 28.5" x 32.75 width
Need 2 balances

Thank you for reaching out to us. I can't ID what you have here just yet. I'm afraid the top fitting is too obscured by the tape measure. Can you show us a clear and unobscured view of the top fitting?

Thanks for the additional photos! This is a huge help. Our Series 380 or Series 385 would be my picks. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below.

For the 19 4 balance, the metal channel should measure 20" long.

For the 25 3 balance, the metal channel should measure 26" long.

For the 16 3 balance, the metal channel should measure 17" long.

Comparison of the S378, S380 and S385 balance shoes.

As for the windows with the missing balances, are they the same brand as the others with the Series 380/Series 385? If so, odds are they use the same configuration. To help determine the proper length, we will need you to write out the visible glass height for each window sash.

It looks like the bottom shoe is more than an inch which likely points to the Series 385 with the 1-3/32" deep shoe. I'm afraid I can't process or calculate orders on my end but you can place an order right on our website whenever you'd like.
