We can definitely supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its size. Before we go any further, can you just tell me how many you need? Our minimum is 2. You may also want to confirm the weight of your sash. I believe it will fall in the 13 to 19 pound range. Custom balances can't be returned for a refund so it can't hurt to be certain.

Thank you. In that case, I think we should bump the spring strength up to 27405. I think the original 27305 stamp would be too weak for a 20.5 pound sash. I'll email that you a purchase link and price quote right now that you can use to place an order on our site. 

Thanks again for confirming, I'm glad you checked before we pulled the trigger on this. Just a few more details that I wanted to give you: this balance will be configured with a 15-004 bottom fitting by default. This has a 1-3/32" depth. You may want to check that, too, to be safe; we also sell the 15-005 which has a 1" depth and the 15-029 with a 7/8" depth. If 1-3/32" is too large then let me know and I'd be happy to change it. 

Finally, please note that the metal channel will be 27-1/2" long based on your stamp. If yours differs in any way, please let me know.
