Hello,
I am trying to replace my channel balances for a window and am stuck on determining the correct weight range. Stamped on the channel balance is "33 9 ES CALDWELL". The 34" Series 385 seems like a perfect match, but I need to know the correct weight range. If you need any more information please let me know.

Hey Luke. That stamp of 33-9 is from an older rating system we don't use. We recommend that you weigh the window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the shop page.
