Caldwell Non-tilt Block & Tackle Balance Track

Hi,

The subject item on one of our windows has broken and I am looking for a replacement in pair but having trouble to find the right part. The house was built in the late 1990/early 1991. Please take a look of the part number (32 3 JJ Caldwell) on the first photo (track1.JPG), which I can't find in your video/catalogue. The remaining photos show the images at the two ends of the track, both having wings. The length of the track is 33 inches (even though the number on the track starts with 32), and the width is 1/2 inch. Can you please let me know the right replacement part so that I can order a pair of it. Thank you very much!

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-33 or S385-33 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 3230 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
