Caldwell Sash Balance

Question

I am trying to replace the balances on two windows. They have some faint markings that say "24-3 68(?) Caldwell". They are 5/8" deep and just slightly more than 5/8" channel width (11/16"?).

You may begin by taking a look at our S390-25 channel balance with the 2430 option. Please make certain that your nylon caps match our 19-002 and 15-001 shoes that come with this balance. Get back to us and let us know if this is a good match for you.
