Caldwell Spring balance 21-4

To whom it may concern.

I need these spring balances identified so I can order them. I need two of them.
Photos(5) included of ends as requested.

Metal rail is 1/2" x 22" long.
Spring force is 21-4

I also need the part that attaches to the window that mates with the balance(see last photo). Thank you.
