Are you able to tell me which replacement part I need? On the photo it is marked "13 3 ID CALDWELL"

From the code, I can tell you that you need a 14" x 1/2" channel balance, but without seeing the top attachment, I can't say which. See if you can find what you need among our half-inch channel balances.
