Caldwell Window Balance

Question

I am looking for a replacement half-inch non-tilting channel window balances. The markings on my say "24 5 CALDWELL IM".
I'm not sure of the following:
a) Which series I should select. (370, 371, 380)
b) What is the proper guide and shoe selection.

I would like to send you my current balance to examine.
Can you provide me a shipping address and a contact person's name?

We prefer that you email us a picture instead of sending a sample. Send us a picture of your balance, please include a close up of both the top and the bottom of the balance.
