Replacing window balancers for 2 kitchen windows. Window sash is #10.
The balancers were installed when the house was built in 2017. Side is stamped "20 2 FQ CALDWELL". Nylon foot at bottom appears to be 1".

Hi there!
We can help with this, but we'll need to see a photo of the top fitting for this balance. We would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel.
