Channel balances for Caldwell windows

Question

I need 4 replacemnt window balancers. Single Sash, non-tilt.

Code on current balancer is 21-4-gp-Caldwell

Metal is 12 15/16 in length and 9/16 wide.

It appears similar to your S385-21.. How do I verify the plastic ends are correct?

Thanks for posting! Before we confirm the measurements of the attachments, could you please double check that 12-15/16" is the length of your metal channel? It isn't often that a channel would measure unevenly like that, and I just want to confirm whether or not we will have to make a special order.

As for the shoe, please refer to the following chart and match your bottom attachment to one of the four listed.
