Caldwell Window Channel Balance + top/shoe

Hi,

I'm thinking 2740 balance + 19-002 top + 15-005 shoe. The balance has a marking "27 4 D0 CALDWELL"

Please see the photos attached - what do you think?

I think your bottom shoe looks closer to our 15-004. This isn't really something I can eyeball, though. You'll need to measure your shoe carefully to confirm. Make sure to account for wear. That is to say, keep in mind that the depth may be less than it originally was.

If the 15-004 is a match, I recommend the Series 350 channel balance.

Actually, I do have another question. The top sash guides need replacing as well. Will 18-009 work with this setup?

The 18-009 is one of dozens of different top sash guides that can work with the Series 350. I'm afraid there's no way to determine what top sash guide you need based on just the balance. You'll have to remove your old one and compare our dimensions and photos to your sample to confirm whether the 18-009 will work.
